Myasnikyan (Miasnigyan, Մյասնիկյան) is a town in the Armavir Province of Armenia, and about 56 kms (35 miles) west of the national capital Yerevan at an average elevation of 978 m (3,209 ft) above sea level. Has a climate with hot summers and cold winters. Myasnikyan has about 3,487 residents as of 2025. The town is primarily known for its agricultural activities, particularly in the production of grains, fruits, vegetables, and possibly cotton. It’s also home to a few small industrial enterprises for food processing, crafts, services tied to agriculture, and the railway for transport and logistics.

FOA funded and completed a school project in the town of Myasnikyan. Which has 540 students, of which 350 are preschool children. See project details and photos below.
