Malatia-Sebastia (Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա) is one of the 12 official administrative districts of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. It is located in the western portion of the city and is famous for its vibrant, working-class energy. Local residents and domestic travelers frequently refer to the entire district as "Bangladesh" due to its dense, apartment grid and distance of 8.1 km (5 m) from the downtown center. Has a population of around 135,400. Key landmarks include the circular Holy Trinity Church, the Yerablur Military Cemetery, the Old and New Malatias Monument, and the bustling Malatia Food and Clothing Market.

Project #241: Cost $16,000. In 2026 the # 92 Kindergarten’s kitchen was renovated by replacing the door, 4 windows, ceiling, flooring, lighting, painting, some plumbing, and furnishings; such as a refrigerator, working tables, storage shelves, exhaust vent, etc. $10,000 of the cost was sponsored by Annie Torosyan and Sossie Guldalian in memory of their parents Aram and Chakee Guldalian.
Project #234: Cost $9,000. In 2025 FOA renovated the # 92 Kindergarten’s roof of the one-story building of the school by replacing the old damaged leaky roof.
Project #12: Cost $2,900. In 2002 FOA renovated one of the rooms of the school.
The #92 school founded in 1954 and named after poet Vahan Tekeyan in 1978. Expanded with pre-school education in 2014. Educating local youth with community support from the Tekeyan Centre Fund. The school has 490 students enrolled across 9 grades and a teaching faculty of 34 teachers. Its infrastructure is built with a maximum capacity capable of housing up to 1,200 students. The school is classified as an inclusive institution where children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) are educated in mainstream classrooms rather than segregated environments.
