Mirik (Միրիկ) is a small village of 47 houses, located in the Kashatagh region of the Artsakh Republic. The village has 180 inhabitants. The village is located only 50 kilometers from the highway. The road leading to the village is in a deplorable and disrepair. The village is located on a plateau and has wonderful scenery, fresh air, cool and clear water. The main occupation of the residents is cattle breeding.

FOA funded and completed many projects in the village of Mirik in many phases. See the project list and pictures below. THE TOTAL COST IS $13,000.

Project #154; Cost $4,200: In 2019, FOA built the second phase of the Community Center. The clinic got renovated, corridor tiles were placed, concrete and plaster finishing work was done to the exterior of the community center.

Project #44; Cost $8,800: In 2011, FOA built a new Community Center, which houses the village municipal hall, the club for the villagers to gather and carry on their work, and the clinic.
