Noyemperyan (Noyemberyan, Նոյեմբերյան) is a border city located in the north-eastern part of Armenia, in Tavush Region at a height of 800 meters above sea level, with a population of 5,500 people. It is 187 km northeast of the capital Yerevan and 54 km north of the administrative centre Ijevan. The city is surrounded by the Voskepar mountains from the south and the mountains of Gugark from the west.

FOA funded and completed the project listed below in the city of Noyemperyan. There are four other projects in the queue waiting for funding of $74,500.

Project #131; Cost $6,000: In 2018 FOA funded and completed the addition of a new room at the Kindergarten #1 in the village of Noyemperyan.

In addition, FOA’s representative in Armenia, Sergey Tatevosyan and friends gathered money towards the purchase of an air condition for the room since summer weather is extremely hot.
