Norapat (Norapats,Նորապատ) is a village in the Metsamor Municipality of Armenia's Armavir Province, located about 40 km (25 miles) southwest of the capital Yerevan at an elevation of 860 m (2,822 ft) above sea level. Has hot, dry summers and cold winters. It has a population of 2,470 residents. The village is primarily agricultural, reflecting the broader economy of the fertile Ararat Plain region. It’s predominantly centered on crop farming of fruits and vegetables, and small-scale animal breeding.

Project #242: Cost $5,000: In 2026, FOA renovated the Methodology/Research room and built a large Pavilion (Taghavar) in the playground of the kindergarten. The kindergarten has 90 Children and 21 staff.
