Hargomer (Harutyunagomer, Հարությունագոմեր) village is located in the Martakert region of the Artsakh Republic, on the eastern bank of the Trtu River. Founded in the 17th century. A man from the village of Vank named Harutyun settled in the area and named it Harutyunagomer. Currently, the village has 510 inhabitants and 110 houses. They are mainly engaged in cattle breeding and farming. The village has a community center, a clinic, a celebration building, a kindergarten, and a school with 70 students. During the Artsakh liberation war, it was captured and destroyed by Azeris.

FOA funded and completed many projects in the village Hargomer in many phases. See the project list and pictures below. THE TOTAL COST IS $14,300.

Project #98; Cost $1,700: In 2017, FOA constructed new bathrooms at the Community Center.

Project #61; Cost $12,600: In 2015, FOA renovated the Community Center and Clinic by replacing the roof, ceiling, floors, and other miscellaneous work.
