Paregamavan (Barekamavan, Բարեկամավան) is a border village in the Tavush Province of Armenia in the north-east; less than 1 km from the border with Azerbaijan, 33 km from the center of Noyemberyan municipality, and 191 km from Yerevan. The population is 230. The households are mainly involved in agriculture. There is a school of 21 students, but no daycare nor kindergarten facilities.

Project #82; Cost $6,000: In 2017 FOA funded and completed the Water pump and Piping project in the Village of Paregamavan.
