Hadrut (Հադրութ) is administrative center of Hadrut Province of the Artsakh Republic. The town is home to the "Mika-Hadrut Winery" for brandy, vodka and wine. Its population is approximately 4,000.

Project #7; Cost $28,607 each: In 1999, FOA purchased 2 Flour Mills from North Carolina. Assembled and tested in Los Angeles. Then shipped them to Artsakh. One was delivered and installed in the town of Hadrut, and the other one in the city of Mardagerd.
