Gyulakarag (Gyulagarak, Գյուլագարակ); formerly Gyulabarrak), is a village located in Lori Province of Armenia. About 54 mi (87 km) north of Yerevan, and about 35 mi (57 km) north-east of Gyumri. The population is about 2,300.

FOA contributed towards the construction of a new kindergarten in the city of Gyulagarak. See project details, pictures, and a video below.

Project #115: In 2018 a New Kindergarten was built and furnished by the Armenian Territorial Development Fund (ATDF) for $410,000.  The kindergarten could house up to 75 children. The community contribution is provided by FOA with $20,500 sponsored by Mr. and Mrs. Harry and Shushan Vartanian.
